Our clients
What exactly do we do?
Advertising

Advertising

We create advertising ideas that are memorable, simple and motivating. For TV, print, radio and digital. But as the world continues to experience ideas in new ways we make sure our clients also benefit from evolving channel opportunities.

Strategy and planning

Strategy and planning

It’s essential that brand planning, channel planning and creative development work together from the off. So we ensure that they do. With more channel choices than ever before, it’s vital that the work is targeted to make it as potent as possible.

PR

PR

We are the only agency to have a properly integrated PR team sitting at the heart of our process. We like to involve them from the start to ensure maximum coverage for clients’ activity. But if PR is all you require, please contact us, or have a look at our website: www.havaspr.co.uk

Digital

Digital

The role of our full-service digital team is to create and implement digital strategy from web design and build to branded content, technology innovation, mobile, search, social media and PR.

Social

Social

Our Cupola Lab is a specialist SoMe team, working Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and all the social channels you may never have heard of, to maximum advantage. Like? We do.

Search

Search

Search-Engine-Optimisation is hugely important to the effectiveness of all our work. We have e-marketing and database specialists who make it their mission to put our clients at the top of any online search.

Retail Marketing

Retail Marketing

Our team has experience in delivering all aspects of store or on-trade campaigns, for alcohol, travel or finance brands, as well as for High Street stores. It’s a sophisticated business, and a long way from “shelf wobblers”.

Our culture

Our Culture

Work hard, have fun, be nice.

At Havas, a hierarchy-free workplace ensures equality of opportunity and unity of purpose. It's the very essence of Havas Worldwide London. We're all on the same side.

Here are a few reasons why we were named "Media Employer of the Year 2013":

HaV IT! are our social events team

HaV IT! are our social events team

They keep the agency smiling (and informed) by means of regular trips to cultural events (Swan Lake, Wireless Festival and Matilda) and not-so cultural events (runs, walks and crawls).

Our Parties

Our Parties

Every summer, there’s a mini festival in a secret location with stalls, games, food, drink and live music, supported by home-grown agency talent. The Christmas Party is even better. Last year, for example….actually…..no. What happens at the Christmas Party stays at the Christmas Party.

Doing Good

Doing Good

We don't just believe in Better Futures for our clients and our employees - we believe in Better Futures for the wider community. On a local level, we support MIND, and help out at the local soup kitchen. On a global level, we have worked on a range of campaigns that aim to provide Better Futures, such as tck tck tck and the Peace Button, and we also founded One Young World.

If it helps the people around us - near or far - and it keeps us grounded, then we're keen to get involved.

The Graduate Training Programme

The Graduate Training Programme

Young graduates are not just the future of our agency; they’re the future of our industry. We select the very best candidates and start them off with a thorough six-week internship where they get to work in and understand every aspect of our business .

The IPA Creative Pioneers Scheme

The IPA Creative Pioneers Scheme

It’s not just graduates who are the future of our industry, it’s non-graduates too. We’d hate the good ones to slip through the net, so we’re big advocates of this IPA scheme to provide opportunities in our business to those who haven’t been to university.

Graduates

Havas WW Roots

Welcome to the 2015 graduate scheme.

At Havas, we believe that truly great brands have purpose. A purpose can be big or small, as long as it adds to people’s lives in a relevant and meaningful way.

If that sounds interesting, convince us why you deserve a place on our @havaswwroots graduate scheme.

You have a tweet to do it. That’s right, one tweet.

It can be a picture, a video, a link, or 140 characters, as long as you tweet it to @havaswwroots before the 22nd March 2015.

The best applicants will be invited to interview in April.

A lucky handful of those will then begin a six week paid rotational internship in June.

If we like each other, you’ll get a job at Havas Worldwide London starting in September 2015.

So follow @havaswwroots and give it your best shot.

Like those 140 characters waiting for you, nothing could be simpler.

Or more terrifying.

FAQs

MY APPLICATION:

Is there really no application form?
No, really! All we want from you is a tweet to convince us why you deserve a place on the @havaswwroots scheme. The best of those will be invited to interview.

Do I tweet my application to @havaswwldn or @havaswwroots?
All application tweets must be sent to @havaswwroots in order to be considered.

Will I receive confirmation of my tweet?
Yes, of course! We will send a confirmation tweet so you know we've received your application.

Can I email you my tweet?
This year our application process for interviews is 100% on Twitter. If you don't have an account, what better reason to get started?

Can my tweet be anything I want it to be?
Yes. Your application tweet can be anything - as long as it fits in 140 characters and you send it to @havaswwroots by the 22nd March!

How will I hear whether I got an interview or not?
All applicants will be direct messaged on twitter by @havaswwroots in the w/c 30th March. If you follow the @havaswwroots account and have sent your application tweet, you'll hear from us in a private message either way

INTERVIEWS

So if I'm invited to an interview, then what?
If we love your tweet, you'll be invited to come to the agency for half a day so we can meet you w/c 13th April, but remember, it's not meant to be scary! It's a chance for you to get to know us as much as it is for us to get to know you.

If I can't make the interviews, can I still be considered?
The interviews are a very important part of the application process, so we require that all applicants are able to attend one of the dates we provide.

Will Havas pay for my travel to the interviews?
Candidates will not be able to claim travel or food expenses for interviews. Hopefully that won't put you off applying!

THE SCHEME

If I'm successful at the interview stage, what happens next?
The candidates who impress us most at the interviews will be offered a place on Havas WW Roots: our six week paid rotational internship from June 29th to August 7th 2015.

What does 'rotational' actually mean?
Havas WW Roots gives grads a taste of as many departments as possible within the 6 weeks, rotating through the likes of account management, planning, TV production, digital, PR, social, creative, and more.

How many people will be offered a place on the scheme?
The number of people invited to the internship will depend on the interviews, but last year there were six interns.

What jobs are available at the end of the scheme, and how many?
The nature and number of full time roles offered will depend on who impresses on the internship, and where we think they'd best fit in the agency.
